1. Our Principles
ZARIN Real Estate uses artificial intelligence and automation tools to enhance — never to replace — the judgment of our advisors. We follow four operating principles when integrating AI into our work:
- ·Transparency: we tell you when AI is involved in producing content, analysis, or recommendations you receive from us.
- ·Accountability: a named human advisor is responsible for every recommendation we make. AI suggestions are reviewed and signed off by that advisor before reaching you.
- ·Confidentiality: we never feed your personal data, financial details, or transaction information into public AI models. Our AI workflows use enterprise tools with data-processing agreements.
- ·Limitation: we use AI for tasks it does well — data processing, pattern recognition, summarization. We do not use AI for tasks requiring human judgment, empathy, or fiduciary responsibility.
2. Where We Use AI
AI and automation tools are integrated into specific operational workflows at ZARIN. The areas where AI assists our team include:
- ·Market data aggregation: automated tools pull transaction data from the Dubai Land Department, RERA, and developer APIs. AI helps structure and summarize these datasets for our advisors.
- ·Yield & ROI calculators: spreadsheet logic enhanced with predictive models for rental yields, service charge trends, and developer delivery track record.
- ·Listing categorization: automated tagging of property photos and descriptions into area, type, and lifestyle categories to improve search relevance.
- ·Initial inquiry triage: automated routing of contact-form submissions to the right specialist based on keywords and stated nationality.
- ·Content drafting assistance: some blog posts and market reports are first-drafted with AI assistance, then edited, fact-checked, and approved by a ZARIN advisor before publication.
- ·Translation: machine translation supports our Farsi and Arabic communications. Critical documents are reviewed by a human translator.
In each case, AI accelerates the work — it does not make the decision. A ZARIN advisor signs off on every output that reaches a client.
3. Where We Don't Use AI
Several decisions and communications are always handled by a human advisor, with no AI involvement in the moment of judgment:
- ·Property recommendations: the curated shortlist you receive is selected by your named advisor based on your specific mandate — not by an algorithm.
- ·Negotiation strategy: offer prices, terms, and walk-away points are decided by your advisor based on context AI cannot access.
- ·Legal & tax advice: we coordinate with licensed UAE advocates and tax advisors. We do not use AI as a substitute for legal counsel.
- ·Conflict resolution: any dispute during a transaction is handled personally by your advisor and the ZARIN management team.
- ·Sensitive communications: conversations about budget constraints, financing difficulties, family considerations, or personal circumstances are always with a human.
4. AI in Content Creation
Some content on our website — including blog posts, market report summaries, and area guides — may be drafted with assistance from large language models. We apply the following rules to AI-assisted content:
- ·Disclosure: articles drafted with substantial AI assistance carry a note at the end indicating this.
- ·Fact-checking: every claim, number, and statistic is verified by a ZARIN advisor before publication. AI hallucinations are caught and corrected.
- ·Editorial control: the final published version reflects ZARIN editorial judgment. AI drafts are revised for tone, accuracy, and completeness.
- ·No synthetic imagery of real people: we do not publish AI-generated images of clients, staff, or real people. AI image generation is used only for abstract illustrations and concept imagery, clearly labeled.
- ·No fake testimonials: all client testimonials on our site are from real clients who have consented to publication. We do not generate synthetic reviews.
5. Human Review & Accountability
Every AI-assisted output that reaches a client is reviewed by a named ZARIN advisor. That advisor is personally accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the output. If an AI-generated analysis contains an error, the advisor is responsible for catching it before it reaches you — and for correcting it if it slips through.
We maintain internal review logs for AI-assisted outputs, including the name of the reviewing advisor, the date of review, and any changes made. These logs are available to our compliance team and to regulators on request.
If you receive content from ZARIN that you believe is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate, please contact your advisor directly or email ai@zarinrealestate.com. We take every such report seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Your Data & AI Systems
We do not feed your personal data — including name, contact details, financial information, or transaction records — into public AI models or general-purpose AI services. Our AI workflows use enterprise-grade tools with formal data-processing agreements that prohibit the use of ZARIN data to train external models.
When we use AI to analyze aggregated market data (such as DLD transaction records), the analysis is at the dataset level — not at the level of any individual client. You can read more about how we handle your personal data in our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to ask whether AI was used in processing your personal data, and to request human review of any AI-assisted decision that affects you. To exercise this right, contact privacy@zarinrealestate.com.
7. Bias & Fairness
AI systems can reflect biases in their training data. We actively monitor our AI-assisted outputs for bias in three areas: nationality (we serve a diverse international clientele), property type, and geographic area. If we identify bias in an AI tool's output, we either correct the bias through editorial review or discontinue use of that tool for that task.
Our advisors are trained to recognize common forms of AI bias — including recency bias, geographic concentration, and overconfidence in trending narratives. They are empowered to override AI suggestions whenever their professional judgment disagrees.
8. Feedback & Concerns
We welcome feedback on how we use AI. If you have a concern, suggestion, or question about any AI-assisted aspect of our service, please reach out. We commit to responding within five business days and to taking concrete action where a concern is valid.
You can also report concerns about our AI use to the UAE government's AI ethics oversight framework. We engage constructively with any regulatory inquiry.
