ZARIN Real Estate was founded in 2023 by an investor who has been active in Dubai's property market since 2005. He participated in two construction projects at the project level — investing in the project itself, not just buying individual units. From Investor to Advisor
In 2005, our founder entered Dubai's real estate market — not as a broker or agent, but as an investor. He saw what was happening in Dubai: a city being built at a pace the world had never seen, with opportunities that most outsiders couldn't access or understand.
He didn't just buy apartments. He invested in two construction projects at the project level — meaning the investment was in the development itself, not just buying a single unit. This gave him a perspective that most real estate advisors simply don't have: he understands how developers think, how projects are structured, and where the real opportunities (and risks) lie.
Over two decades, he navigated the 2008 financial crisis, the 2014 freehold expansion, the 2020 pandemic, and the 2024-2026 boom. Each cycle taught lessons that can't be learned from a textbook — only from having your own capital at risk.
In 2023, he founded ZARIN Real Estate to share this experience with other buyers. Especially with Iranian investors who want to buy property in Dubai but need someone who understands both markets — and speaks their language.
